How Bayside Linens works.

2. Weekly pricing
One listed price covers 1–7 days. Stays of 8–14 days are two weeks, 15–21 days are three weeks, and so on. For each additional week, choose either a fresh linen exchange at the regular weekly price or keep the same linens and receive 20% off that additional week.
3. Delivery and access
Standard Saturday delivery and pickup service is scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Provide the exact rental address, a safe accessible bag location and any gate, parking or access instructions when ordering. You do not need to be present if the agreed location is accessible.
Please allow the full delivery window.Deliveries may arrive at any time through 4:00 p.m. Please do not call about linens that have not yet arrived until after 4:00 p.m.
4. Fresh-linen exchange
If you selected a fresh exchange during a multi-week stay, place all used linens in the blue Bayside bags and put them outside by 10:00 a.m. on the exchange day, in the same location where the bags were originally delivered. Separate towels from sheets. Replacement linens will be delivered during the scheduled route.
5. Checkout-day return
Return all linens. Place every clean and used Bayside item back into the blue bags provided.
Separate sheets and towels. Put towels in one blue bag and sheets in another. Place other rented items together as instructed.
Outside by 10:00 a.m. Leave the blue bags in the same location where you found them when they were delivered.
Nothing inside or on beds. Do not leave linens inside the rental, in bedrooms, or on beds.
$50 minimum feeA $50 fee applies if blue Bayside bags are missing or if linens are left inside the property. Additional retrieval, replacement, damage or excessive-cleaning charges may apply when required.
6. Care during your stay
Keep rented items dry and protected from bleach, hair dye, makeup, wax, pets, smoke and outdoor exposure. Report a missing or incorrect item promptly so we can help while you are still at the property.
7. Delivery area and minimums
Vacation linens are delivered from Kennebunk to Portland. Free delivery is included with a $50 minimum order in Saco and Old Orchard Beach and a $100 minimum order everywhere else in that area. Bayside Linens also delivers throughout the rest of Maine and to available locations in New Hampshire; those delivery fees are quoted and approved before the order is placed.

Reservation and final count
A 50% deposit reserves the event date and inventory. Final headcount, quantities, delivery details and the remaining 50% balance are due 30 days before delivery.
One delivery. One pickup.
Your quote includes delivery to one designated location and pickup from one designated location. Distribution to—or collection from—individual cabins, rooms, buildings, floors or other locations is not included unless arranged and priced in writing.
Extra locations cost extra.Each additional collection point may result in an extra-location fee plus applicable labor, travel, waiting or return-trip charges.
Prepare everything before pickup
- Collect every item from all rooms, cabins, buildings and event areas.
- Return everything dry, sorted by category and placed in sturdy closed bags. No folding is required.
- Keep zippered pillow protectors on pillows.
- Place prepared bags at the single designated pickup point, indoors or in a covered, dry and accessible area.
- Do not leave loose piles on floors, in hallways, on porches, on the ground, or throughout the venue.
If the order is not ready
Bayside Linens may leave and return later. Additional labor, sorting, bagging, cleanup, waiting, retrieval, travel, extra-trip and extra-location fees may be charged.
Signed agreement
Event customers receive a written rental agreement with their quote or invoice. The signer is responsible for making sure the venue, planner, staff, guests and volunteers follow the return requirements.
